We agree the purpose, source assets, rights, revision limit, performance budget and mobile or reduced-motion fallback before production. Premium visuals do not replace real photographs, reviews, accreditations or proof.
SEO, AEO and local visibility
Every plan includes a crawlable technical foundation and monthly health check. Higher plans add evidence-led content, entity, local-area and answer-readiness work at the cadence stated in the quote.
We report what we checked, what changed and what direct data showed. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or placement in AI answers. Google Business Profile work requires your authorised access and any verification Google requires.

You own the shop and payment accounts. Provider platform and card fees are charged to your account at the provider’s current rate and are shown in your quote; we do not mark them up. The accounts leave with you if you go, just like your domain.

The terms, plainly
Starter monthly is £39/month with a 12-month minimum, then £39/month rolling with 30 days’ notice. If you pay £399 upfront for the first 12 months, after month 12 you choose either a £399 annual renewal or £39/month rolling, with 30 days’ notice.
Every plan covers hosting, domain, SSL, a technical search foundation, monthly health checks, one edit batch of up to 30 minutes, and support. Monthly routes have a twelve-month minimum, then roll at the same price until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Your domain is yours; after the initial term is paid, the bespoke final site is transferable under our business terms.

Custom builds
Shops, bookings and payments are covered above. For anything the plans and add-ons still don’t reach, a truly bespoke build, multiple brands, unusual scope, we quote per job. That’s the exception, not the default.
And if what’s holding the business back is bigger than the website, a CRM to wire in, systems to connect, operations, data, AI, or a chatbot on WhatsApp or email, that’s Beyond Arc’s territory, our consultancy side. We can take you there when it helps. We won’t sell it at you when it doesn’t.
